Job Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement social media strategies to promote properties, projects, and brand presence across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
• Create and schedule engaging content (text, images, videos, infographics) tailored to each platform.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align content with project goals and timelines.
• Manage day-to-day social media activities, including posting, monitoring engagement, and responding to inquiries.
• Track and analyze social media performance using analytics tools to measure success and suggest improvements.
• Stay updated with industry trends, social media best practices, and emerging platforms to keep our brand competitive.
• Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build relationships with potential customers and partners.
• Coordinate social media campaigns for property launches, events, and promotions.
• Manage paid social advertising campaigns to boost engagement and reach targeted audiences.
