Job Description:

We are hiring Structural Design Engineers (Senior & Mid-Level) with design consultancy experience for high-rise and large-scale building projects in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have expertise in structural analysis, design software, and UAE/international codes.

• Structural Design & Analysis: Design and analyze structural systems for high-rise buildings, commercial, and residential projects, ensuring safety, stability, and compliance with UAE & international standards (e.g., ACI, AISC, Eurocodes, Dubai Municipality regulations).
• Software Proficiency: Use ETABS, SAFE, SAP2000, AutoCAD, and Revit for modeling, analysis, and detailing.
  Code Compliance: Ensure all designs meet Dubai Civil Defense, Dubai Municipality, and international building codes.
• Coordination: Collaborate with Architects, MEP teams, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
• Documentation: Prepare detailed structural drawings, specifications, calculations, and technical reports.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct reviews to ensure design accuracy and adherence to project requirements
• Mentorship: Provide guidance to junior engineers and support team development.
• Risk Assessment: Identify potential structural risks and propose mitigation strategies.
• Innovation: Stay updated with emerging materials, construction technologies, and sustainable design practices.
