Main purpose of role:
Supports in managing key activities related to the Subcontracts Department
1. Assist in key aspects of post award subcontract matters including but not limited to implementation of Implementation Contractor’s scope, administration and custodian of the documents of Implementation Contracts, communication between EPCM Contractor and Implementation Contractor, variation / extension of time requests.
2. Follow up documents as per the Implementation Contract. Assisting the Subcontract Team for close-out of Implementation Contracts.
3. Supports in preparation of documents, participation in Techno-Commercial Review Meetings
4. Ensure compliance with established Company Procedures, Policies, Directives and Guidelines
