· Manages the distribution of the assignment and calls to the technician and engineers.

· Manages own and others workload; diagnoses and fix complex issues of end user systems.

· Operational in focus, with direct impact on outcome and results within job scope and wider operational scope.

· Co-ordinating, Installation, testing and commissioning activities and providing advice on testing and commissioning procedures and documentation.

· Monitoring progress, recording all test results, witnessing final testing and acceptance of equipment and compilation of all documentation for inclusion in the site tests and handing over.
