We are looking for a Technician with expereince in Industrial Products to join our team at FAMCO. This role is responsible for servicing, overhauling, and troubleshooting Ingersoll Rand air compressors, air dryers, and related products. The position requires travel within the UAE and abroad, including onshore/offshore oil field platforms. Strong air compressor knowledge is a plus.

What You Will Do

• Perform service, troubleshooting, and overhauling of Ingersoll Rand pneumatic tools, hoists, winches, and air compressors.
• Ensure completion of service activities within sold labor hours while minimizing rework.
• Provide technical support and collaborate with the service team to maintain efficiency.
• Work on-site at customer locations, fieldwork assignments, and project installations.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction and adhere to service quality standards.
• Prepare detailed service reports with a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
• Contribute to achieving service revenue targets and operational goals.
