· Making proactive outbound calls to Leads to introduce projects or services and persuade them to schedule the appointments with the Sales Manager.
· Following up with potential Leads to nurture leads and qualify them and convert them into sales.
· Identifying and qualifying potential leads through various sources like databases, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
· Gaining a thorough understanding of the Projects or services being offered to effectively communicate their features and benefits to customers.
· Building and maintaining strong relationships with prospects, customers, addressing their inquiries, and providing excellent customer service.
· Utilizing effective sales techniques, such as objection handling, upselling, and cross-selling, to maximize sales opportunities.
· Collaborating with marketing, project, and customer support teams to align strategies and enhance the overall customer experience.
