We are looking for a Trainer who will be responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs to enhance employee skills and customer experience. It includes content creation, workshops, coaching, and performance assessment.
• Develop and implement training programs tailored to business needs.
• Assess training requirements through TNA and performance analysis.
• Manage and update training content, leveraging digital tools and LMS platforms.
• Conduct engaging in-person and online training sessions using interactive techniques.
• Monitor training effectiveness through KPIs, reports, and feedback.
• Collaborate with management and HR for onboarding and continuous learning initiatives.
• Support sales/F&B teams with coaching, role-playing, and customer service training.
