Experience
To design, develop, and deliver structured training programs in Soft Services (Housekeeping & Customer Service), aligned with company operational standards, client expectations, and international best practices.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver training programs (classroom, practical, and on-site)
Develop and update training materials aligned with SOPs and BICSc standards
Conduct assessments, evaluations, and support certification processes
Coordinate with Operations to identify training needs
Maintain training records, reports, and documentation
Drive continuous improvement in training quality and effectiveness
Role-Specific Requirements
Strong knowledge of Housekeeping operations
Familiarity with BICSc standards
Expertise in customer service excellence and soft skills training
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma
5–8 years of experience in Facility Management / Hospitality / Training
Prior training delivery experience preferred
Skills & Competencies
Strong presentation and training delivery skills
Communication (English required, Arabic preferred)
