We have an urgent requirement for SAP SuccessFactors – Solution Architect (EC , ECP, Time Tracking) for our client based at Abu Dhabi location.

Experience of SAP SF Employee Central & Employee Central Payroll----Must

Time Tracking ---Must

Banking Domain ---Must

Roles & Responsibilities :

- As a SF lead architect should lead from the front for any proposal delivery

- Should own the proposal delivery end to end

- Capability to work hands on in the proposal gather the right team to support and reach out to the right source in getting the information

- Collaborate across various in house or cross teams and drive proposal discussions

- Ability to get into the depth of the solution

- Should not to be just a mere coordinator but act as a solution architect and use the SMEs consultants to build an integrated solution

- Sales and customer orientation focused individual

- Ability to understand the proposal well and crafting the right solution and value proposition required in helping us win deals

- Participate in Solution SL reviews and drive the solution defense

Required Skills :

- Should have prior experience of working in SAP SF implementation roll outs upgrade and support engagements

- SAP Functional background

- Strong delivery experience including project Management Program Management

- Ideally should have worked as a Solutions Lead Architect for a minimum of 3 - 4 years

- Ability to craft innovative and winning solutions addressing the client needs

- Knowledge and experience of processes and configurations in Successfactors and its integration with other SF modules as well as SAP on premise HCM
