Product Knowledge & Industry Expertise • Strong understanding of industrial equipment such as dock levelers, scissor lifts, refuse compactors, road blockers, hydraulic cylinders, car hoists, and custom engineered solutions. • Ability to explain product features, specifications, and benefits to customers in clear, practical terms. • Experience working with contractors, factories, logistics centers, facility management, and industrial projects. • Skilled in identifying customer needs and recommending suitable product configurations. Key Responsibilities • Promote and sell SAB TECH product range to new and existing customers across different regions. • Conduct site visits, understand project requirements, and propose the correct product solution. • Prepare quotations, technical proposals, and follow up on leads until closing. • Build and maintain long term relationships with contractors, consultants, distributors, and end users. • Track market trends, upcoming projects, and competitor activities to support business growth. • Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, production, logistics) to ensure timely delivery and strong customer experience. • Maintain accurate reports for customer visits, pipelines, and sales forecasts.
