This position is responsible for planning and coordinating workshop maintenance activities for the company's bus fleet, ensuring efficient use of resources, minimal downtime & compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

• Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance plans & schedules for the fleet, ensuring optimal vehicle uptime and minimal downtime
• Lead the planning and scheduling of all workshop maintenance & repair activities, balancing fleet performance with operational requirements
• Ensure all maintenance tasks are prioritized effectively and completed within agreed timelines
• Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) such as vehicle downtime, repair costs & maintenance backlog
• Analyze performance data, identify trends, and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency & reduce costs
• Prepare and maintain detailed reports on maintenance performance, budgets, & KPIs for senior management review
• Manage and supervise the workshop planning team, ensuring effective workload distribution & high-performance standards
• Monitor and manage the utilization of resources, including labor, materials & equipment to ensure efficient workshop operations
• Ensure accurate record-keeping of maintenance activities and equipment history
• Ensure compliance with Mowasalat's safety, quality, and regulatory standards, overseeing the proper documentation & reporting on maintenance activities
• Collaborate with fleet management to understand operational needs and adjust plans to ensure fleet reliability
• Identify and resolve any issues in the planning & execution of maintenance activities

• Provide leadership and support to the workshop planning team, ensuring effective communication & task completion
• Establish and maintain relationships with external contractors & vendors for specialized services and support
• Build and maintain good customer & supplier relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and cooperation
