Client Acquisition and Lead Generation:Identify and obtain new business opportunities for our auditing, accounting, tax consultancy and other financial services offered by our company.Go through old client lists and leads to potentially generate some leads.Generate a list of new leads, and a process for generating it on a regular basis through sales methods such as cold emailing, calling up prospective clients and setting up meetings, networking events, exhibitions, visiting hot beds of potential clients such as free zones, etc.Set up seminars and exhibition visits for us to interact with potential clients.2. Sales Strategy and Planning:Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement sales strategies and targets for revenue growth.Track and report on sales performance, pipelines, and forecasts, providing regular updates to senior management.3. Cross-Selling and Upselling Services:Work closely with internal teams (audit, tax consultancy, accounting) to understand the full suite of services offered.Identify opportunities for cross-selling additional services to existing clients, such as tax consultancy, financial advisory, and bookkeeping services.Tailor service offerings to meet the needs of various clients, ensuring the maximum value is delivered.4. Collaboration with Marketing Team:Collaborate with the marketing department to align sales efforts with marketing campaigns, lead generation efforts, and outreach programs.Provide feedback to the marketing team on market trends and customer needs to refine promotional strategies.6.
