Key Responsibilities:Client & Partner Acquisition:Build and develop relationships with potential clients, IBs, and partners interested in trading multi-asset products such as Forex, Gold, Oil, and Cryptocurrencies.Organically grow a book of business by leveraging relationships within and outside the market.Onboarding & Growth:Onboard new IBs and assist them in increasing accounts, deposits, and revenues.Cross-sell retail clients who meet the IB threshold and guide them through the client growth lifecycle.Follow up on client funding, volume, and new account activations.Sales & Business Development:Achieve and exceed sales targets by identifying and converting leads into clients.Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and pitches to address client needs.Develop and execute business growth strategies to expand market presence globally.Market Expertise & Advisory:Stay updated on market trends, news, and competitor activities in Forex, Commodities, Stocks, and Indices.Provide expert advice on trading strategies, risk management, and industry best practices.Educate clients on trading platforms (MT4, MT5), financial products, and industry terminology.Relationship Management:Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, IBs, and partners to ensure long-term collaboration.Address client queries and requirements promptly and professionally.Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility.Collaboration & Reporting:Work closely with marketing, sales, and finance teams to maximize lead conversion and business growth.Maintain accurate customer records using CRM tools and log all communication.Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and business development activities.Qualifications:Proven experience in Business Development, Account Management, or Sales within the Banking, Insurance Sector, Investment Firms , Forex/CFD industry.Strong knowledge of trading platforms (MT4, MT5) and financial markets.
