Purpose of the Role: The Operations Auditor will be responsible for monitoring operational standards across all venues, ensuring compliance with company policies, safety procedures, brand execution consistency, and correct revenue-handling practices. The role focuses on identifying gaps, evaluating adherence to SOPs, and recommending improvements to enhance operational excellence.
