JOB DESCRIPTION – MID LEVEL SALESMid LevelSalesEngineer Mid- Level Sales Engineer – Piping/ Pipeline/Engineering/Construction Materials Stockiest/Trading(Please apply only if your experience matches to this Industry, others will be disqualified).Key Responsibilities:• Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to achieve companygoals, focusing on the growth of the piping materials and steel markets.• Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, particularly in constructionand industrial markets, including project orders and project packages.• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain lasting relationships with both existing andpotential clients, leveraging your own customer database to maximize sales opportunities.• Proposal & Quotation Management: Prepare, present, and follow up on detailed technicalproposals, quotations, and pricing tailored to client specifications and market trends.• Project Management: Manage and oversee project orders, project packages, and large-scale construction material supply, ensuring all client requirements are met with the highest quality standards.• Supplier Management: Evaluate and negotiate with suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and theprocurement of high-quality steel and construction materials.• Market Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industrychanges, adjusting sales strategies to maintain a competitive edge.• Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers and clients, securingfavorable terms and ensuring successful project execution.• Marketing & Promotion: Initiate marketing campaigns, conduct client meetings, and promote thecompany’s product offerings in the construction and industrial sectors.Qualifications:Experience: Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in steel stockiest, piping materials trading, heavy engineering building materials, steel materials, and construction materials, particularly related to piping and pipeline, steel products, and project packages.Customer Database: Must have a well-established and active customer database within the construction and industrial materials sector.Technical Expertise: Strong technical understanding of steel materials used for piping and pipeline construction, knowledge in different grades of steel with the ability to provide expert guidance on material specifications and project requirements.Industry Knowledge: Experience in the construction, Oil & Gas, engineering or industrial sectors is highly desirable.Sales & Negotiation Skills: Demonstrated success in sales, business development, and contract negotiation with excellent communication and presentation skills.Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on delivering effective solutions in project management and client needs.Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.Teamwork & Independence: Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team, driving business growth and meeting sales targets.
