As a CNC/Machine shop Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the CNC machining processes, ensuring the efficient production of parts & components to meet quality and productivity.Utilize your in-depth knowledge of API threading ( API-7 and API-5CT ) to program, set up and operate CNC machines for production/repair of threaded components.Set up and configure CNC machines, including selecting tooling, work holding and fixtures.Perform quality checks on machined parts to ensure adherence to specification.Provide training and guidance to machinists to develop their skills and knowledge.Knowledge of conventional machining techniques, ensuring the efficient production in machine tools including lathes, milling machines, drills and grinding machines to meet production requirements.Welding knowledge using SMAW, GTAW techniques is desirable.Sale’s co- ordination and ERP related work.
