Responsibilities include overseeing business development, planning and prioritizing projects through all project management stages, leading and developing the engineering team, conducting progress meetings, participating in weekly engineering meetings, reporting to the General Manager, issuing monthly reports on safety, finance, performance, and technical matters, and liaising with clients, specialist teams, and business management to achieve business plan objectives and expand contract service portfolios.

The Sales Representative is responsible for the development and winning of new business and supporting the growth of our Offshore Energy business unit. Promote, present and sell the company’s portfolio of services to existing and new clients and offer optional/alternative solutions where applicable.

The HR Co-ordinator is responsible for dealing with all incoming HR queries from managers, employees, and 3rd party stakeholders of the business within the MEICAP region.This involves updating systems including payroll, creating documents and escalating non-standard requests to specialist teams for action. As first line support on HR issues for customers the job holder must resolve as many incoming queries as possible to meet the business needs and ensure that the team meet its Service Level Agreement. Resolving requests includes an end-to-end generalist service to secure authorisations, address issues, create contracts, inform suppliers, update systems and maintain employee files. Participation in HR projects to maximise the service offering to the Company.Main Responsibilities:· Co-ordinate benefits for the MEICAP regions. Ensuring individuals are enrolled in the correct benefits for their location and as per local legislation, where applicable.· Support global and local annual review/renewal processes each year by working closely with the HR Business Partner. This includes running and validating reports, creating, and checking letters for pay reviews, bonuses, etc.· Escalate non-standard requests to the relevant HRBP.· Receipt and processing of service requests (e.g., creation of employee documentation, payroll related queries, support in recruiting, training administration, etc.) via email and/or phone using the Case Management Tool and/or relevant HR systems. The candidate will monitor parts sales activities, maintain communication with key decision-makers, and keep management updated on sales timelines.
