The primary responsibility of this role is to support current sales and develop new customers for lifting equipment in the region through active follow-ups and visits. The candidate will monitor parts sales activities, maintain communication with key decision-makers, and keep management updated on sales timelines. He will also participate in continuous improvement initiatives, monitor costs, assist with invoicing, issue purchase orders, and provide reports on ongoing work.

To deliver training courses and to assess delegates in their designated roles. Responsibilities included -Deliver training courses in an engaging manner, meeting the standards and processes defined in Sparrows Integrated Management System. Ensure participants are fully familiarized with the aims and objectives of the training and assessment programs they will follow.Ensure standards of delivery are replicated at any offshore or overseas location and that clients are kept fully apprised of progress/outcome.Conduct pre-employment assessments of prospective employees to ascertain the applicant's specific ability to meet the Company's pre-qualification criteria for theoretical and practical performance.

To support Operations for Onshore & offshore projects and to manage projects within the Oil & Gas sector. Responsibilities encompass project cost management, budgeting and cost estimations.Review client technical documents, drawing and certifications.
