Key Responsibilities:✅ Supervise and coordinate daily workshop activities, ensuring smooth workflow✅ Assign tasks to technicians and monitor job progress✅ Ensure all repairs and services meet quality and safety standards✅ Maintain an organized, clean, and efficient work environment✅ Manage inventory, tools, and equipment to prevent shortages or delays✅ Train and mentor technicians, providing guidance and support✅ Ensure timely delivery of vehicles to customers and handle any service-related issues✅ Communicate effectively with the service advisors and customers when needed✅ Enforce company policies and safety regulationsRequirements:✔️ Previous experience as a Floor Supervisor, Workshop Controller, or similar role in the automotive industry✔️ Strong technical knowledge of vehicle repair and maintenance✔️ Excellent leadership and team management skills✔️ Ability to multitask and work under pressure✔️ Strong communication and problem-solving skills✔️ Knowledge of workshop safety regulations and procedures
