· Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document warehouse management requirements for SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) solutions.· Design, configure, and implement SAP EWM systems to optimize warehouse processes, including inbound/outbound logistics, inventory management, RF framework, and automation.· Participate in end-to-end SAP EWM project lifecycle including blueprinting, prototyping, testing (integration, UAT), and go-live support.· Integrate EWM with other SAP modules (MM, SD, S/4HANA) as well as external logistics systems.· Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for SAP EWM environments.· Deliver training and create documentation for end-users and business teams on SAP EWM functionalities and best practices.· Support continuous improvement initiatives and enhancements aligned to supply chain and warehouse best practices.· Maintain up-to-date system documentation and ensure compliance with organizational standards.

· Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP Quality Management (QM) module within manufacturing and supply chain environments, ensuring compliance with business requirements and quality standards.· Analyze complex business processes related to quality management and provide appropriate SAP QM system solutions, including design, customization, configuration, and testing of the module.· Conduct workshops to gather requirements, document functional specifications, and identify gaps and issues with proposed workarounds.· Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to troubleshoot, resolve issues, and ensure seamless integration of SAP QM with other modules like MM and PP.· Manage quality inspection processes, notifications, results recording, usage decision, quality certificates, and audit management within SAP QM.· Support data migration, testing phases (unit, integration, UAT), and post-implementation user support to guarantee smooth QA operations.· Develop and deliver training and documentation to end-users to promote adoption of SAP QM best practices.· Proactively propose business process improvements and system enhancements aligned with evolving industry and organizational quality standards.
