We are hiring Restaurant Manager for one of our clients based in Dubai. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing restaurant's day-to-day operations This role involves managing staff, ensuring operational efficiency, maintaining high standards of customer service, and creating a welcoming atmosphere.Key Responsibilities:Ensure smooth operation of all restaurant activities.Monitor and control inventory and coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery of products.Oversee kitchen operations, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.Ensure a high standard of customer service is delivered at all times and address customer complaints in a professional manner.Hire and train new staff members and create staff schedules and manage shift changesConduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing training and support.Coordinate and manage special events and private bookings.Ensure events run smoothly and meet customer expectations.Oversee all aspects of the new branch setup, including hiring, training, and initial inventory procurement.Job Requirements:2-4 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a cafe or restaurant setting.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations.Job location: Dubai, UAEBenefits: Visa, Medical, Annual Flight Tickets, Annual Leave, Transportation
