Summary:The position is responsible to provide full HR administrative assistance from onboarding till the exit to all upcoming, present and leaving employees, by being the primary contact person for any HR related transactional queries ensuring proper coordination and facilitation of all received requests to operate towards the goal of a positive employee experience in AAM.Responsibilities:· Legal Compliance: Maintain a thorough understanding of Qatar labor law and apply this knowledge to daily HR tasks and operations, ensuring all activities are in full compliance with legal requirements.· Ministry Transactions: Expertly navigate and manage transactions through the Ministry of Interior (MOI) and Ministry of Labor (MOL) websites, including issuing and processing VP’s and visas (QVC and NON-QVC), sponsorship transfers, contract issuance, work permits, designation changes, QID renewals, and exit permits.· Onboarding & Separation: Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all necessary documentation is prepared and issued on time. Assist line managers with employee separation/termination procedures, including using MOL platforms to approve employee separations to new sponsors.· Employee Orientation: Conduct comprehensive onboarding presentations for new employees, detailing the Employee Relations (ER) services and how to access support. Strong presentation skills and confidence are required.· Investigations & Disciplinary Actions: Conduct investigations into employee conduct issues and issue appropriate disciplinary actions based on findings.· Arabic Correspondence: Draft and proofread official Arabic letters to ministries and embassies in relation to employee requests, including salary certificates, employment certificates, NOCs for family sponsorship, resignation acceptance, sponsorship transfers, passport renewals, and reissuance of lost IDs and passports.· Record Management: Update internal database (SAP) with all employee information related to their probation, QID renewal dates and passport numbers. As well as maintaining and updating the E-files for all employees with their relevant documents.· Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the enhancement of the ER department by suggesting innovative ideas and initiatives aimed at improving the overall employee experience.· Department Projects: Collaborate on departmental projects, such as creating SOPs, manual books to represent the ER department different services and processes, company policies.· Self-Reporting & Analysis: Generate and maintain monthly reports to track and showcase personal tasks and achievements, using tools like pivot tables and Power BI to analyze data and highlight key performance metrics.

We are looking for Technical In-Charge (Car Accessories )• Be equipped with the latest information about the accessories that will be installed on new vehicles.• Standardize and implement the technical processes of accessory operations and continuously update them based on business requirements, customer feedback, and Kaizen improvements.• Plan and develop accessory operational strategies by understanding the load and realizing capacity from available manpower and equipment. Motivate team members to complete all required tasks within the standard allotted time.• Prioritize safety in accessory operations understanding the requirements of a safe working environment. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, safety standards, and environmental requirements such as carbon neutrality.• Develop and implement an effective plan for periodical evaluation, testing, upgrade, and replacement of facilities, equipment, and tools (lifters, pressure washers, air compressor tanks, etc.). Direct In-Charge to ensure adequate supply of tools through inventory planning and schedule along with effective collaboration with relevant departments like Procurement.• Develop strategies to ensure efficiency in accessory operations and avoid deviations. Implement self-check procedures and PDCA (Plan, Do, Check, Action) for all team members. Ensure Customer Satisfaction is achieved on every process of the operations.• Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices. Stay up-to-date with advancements in vehicle technology and the PDI process. Motivate team members to contribute to the continuous improvement of all processes with the aim to achieve customer satisfaction.• Train, motivate, and empower team members and keep updated with both TMC guidelines and AAM standards and in equipping new skills that will improve the operations.
