· Identification, development and commercialization of new opportunities.· Participating/leading new product development.· Identification and implementation of ideas for improving quality, productivity and product costing.· Working with production team for RMs and process improvements.· Working with cross functional teams as and when required for new product/packaging development, alternative RM qualifications etc.· Development and validation of experiments to prove product performance, addressing technical issues and problem solving.· Support pilot and scale up production.· Implementing product standards, product changes and completion of associated documentation.· Should be aware of required quality procedures.· Ability to meet deadlines in timely manner.· Ability to collaborate with stakeholders for project management.

Deep knowledge of Quality Assurance & Control. Address and resolve customer complaints related to quality issues. Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and certifications (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001). Supervises the Quality Control activities including Quality Control inspection schedules and records. Handle internal and external quality complaints and conduct thorough root cause analysis. Create and document complaint reports. Coordinating with third party laboratories for required tests in quality and sales support. Provide technical support and expertise to Sales Team through trainings. Supports the Head of Sales in dealing with Client for all the Quality matters.Participate to all the internal/external audits.

Perform GL review and ensure month/year end closing within given deadlineMaintain Fixed Assets and prepaid schedules of group companiesSupport yearly budget process, post budget reviews and variance analysis reportingMaintain up to date records of Insurance policies, ensure timely renewals and complianceVAT quarterly return filing, ensure compliance with VAT legislationSupport in Corporate tax implementation, ensure compliance with legislationManagement reporting, Financial analysis and planningLiaison with external auditors for timely completion of annual audit of group companies
