Deep knowledge of Quality Assurance & Control. Address and resolve customer complaints related to quality issues. Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and certifications (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001). Supervises the Quality Control activities including Quality Control inspection schedules and records. Handle internal and external quality complaints and conduct thorough root cause analysis. Create and document complaint reports. Coordinating with third party laboratories for required tests in quality and sales support. Provide technical support and expertise to Sales Team through trainings. Supports the Head of Sales in dealing with Client for all the Quality matters.Participate to all the internal/external audits.
