We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Digital Transformation Lead with hands-on experience in leading ERP initiatives. Staffing and outsourcing manpower to the clients.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.Identify and develop new business opportunities through research, networking, and cold calling.Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities, providing insights and recommendations for business development.Contribute to the overall growth and success of the company by actively participating in team meetings and sharing ideas and feedback.Lead negotiations and close deals with potential clients, ensuring profitable contracts.

Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify and address maintenance and repair needs.Coordinate with vendors and contractors for facility maintenance and repair projects.Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations in facility operations.Manage facility budgets and expenses to ensure cost-effective maintenance and operations.Develop and implement energy conservation initiatives to reduce facility operating costs.Troubleshoot and resolve facility-related issues in a timely manner.Develop and maintain facility documentation, including equipment manuals and maintenance records.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support facility projects and initiatives.Stay current on industry best practices and technologies related to facility management.Develop and implement facility maintenance programs to ensure optimal operation Oversee the construction & Maintenance activities of new and existing facilitiesManage and supervise the contractors and vendors

This is a full-time on-site role for a Frappe/ERPNext Developer located in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. . As a developer, you will be responsible for developing, customizing, and deploying Frappe/ERPNext solutions to meet the company's business requirements.QualificationsProficiency in Frappe Framework and ERPNext DevelopmentExperience in customizing ERPNext modules and creating new applicationsStrong skills in Python programming languageKnowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScriptFamiliarity with MySQL or MariaDB databasesAbility to work effectively in a team and communicate technical concepts clearlyBachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field3+ years of experience in development of Python and ERPNext development
