The QA/QC Document Control & Data Entry Coordinator is responsible for accurate and timely entry, management, and maintenance of quality assurance and control documentation in accordance with project requirements. The role supports the QA/QC team in tracking, reporting, and organizing project documentation to ensure compliance with Inspection Test Plans (ITPs), project procedures, and client standards.Key Responsibilities:Enter data from source documents such as Inspection Requests (IRs), Requests for Information (RFIs), Material Inspection Requests (MIRs), Material Approval Requests (MARs), Welding Inspection Reports (WIRs), and Test Reports into ERP, DMS, or Excel-based logs.Maintain and update records for welding data including weld maps, welder logs, WPS/PQR references, and NDT reports in accordance with project ITPs.Support the QA/QC team in updating punch list statuses, equipment preservation logs, and calibration records.Scan, organize, and upload QA/QC documents into DMS or project folders with proper naming conventions and version control.Assist in the preparation of quality dossiers (FICDs), weekly reports, and dashboard summaries for management and client review.Track document transmittals, maintain logs of submissions, approvals, and returns from the client or consultant.Perform routine backups and generate periodic summaries/reports as required by QA/QC or Construction management.Ensure compliance with project quality standards, procedures, and documentation requirements.

The storekeeper is responsible for the day-to-day operations of material receipt, issue, control and record on site as per related procedures.Recording the received/purchased items from Purchasing Department.Preparing the Cumulative Monthly Stock Balance Report containing the supplied and remaining quantities of each material, as per Company Accounts Codes and Works Items for construction materials, tools, consumables.Keeping Delivery Notes, Invoices, SRTs, MRRS, L.C.s copies for the duration of the project and as required by PM.Recording itemized deliveries in the Material Stock Card as per Company Accounts Codes and Works Items, separately for construction supplies.Recording and signing the daily issued materials registers. Cumulative Monthly Stock Balance.Must ensure that the specified/approved delivered materials are properly labeled, production and expiry dates and shelve life are clearly mentioned and that technical literature available.Controlling excess and unusable materials during the whole project’s period. Storing them in a suitable location ready to be inspected and to proceed with a related stock control periodically.

Job Summary:-The Environmental Engineer will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring all environmental aspects of the EPC project to ensure full compliance with ADNOC's environmental standards, UAE environmental laws and regulations, and international best practices. The role requires a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating environmental risks throughout the project lifecycle, from design and procurement to construction and commissioning.Key Responsibilities:-Environmental Compliance: Ensure all project activities adhere to ADNOC's HSE policies, standards, and procedures, with a strong focus on their comprehensive environmental guidelines.Permitting and Approvals: Prepare and secure all necessary environmental permits, licenses, and approvals from relevant authorities in coordination with ADNOC.Environmental Impact Assessment: Participate in and review Environmental Impact Assessment studies, ensuring all potential environmental and social impacts are identified and effective mitigation measures are proposed and implemented.Construction Environmental Management: Develop, implement, and maintain the Construction Environmental Management Plan (CEMP) and associated procedures.Monitoring and Reporting: Conduct regular environmental inspections and audits of project sites to ensure compliance. Job PurposeThe Civil Draftsman will be responsible for preparing accurate and detailed civil and structural drawings for EPC ADNOC projects, in compliance with ADNOC standards, project specifications, and engineering best practices. The role involves close coordination with engineers, designers, and project teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality drawings and documentation.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and develop detailed civil, structural, and architectural drawings for EPC oil & gas projects, ensuring compliance with ADNOC and international standards.Convert conceptual designs and engineering calculations into precise 2D/3D CAD drawings.Draft GA (General Arrangement) drawings, reinforcement detailing, foundation layouts, grading plans, road layouts, and drainage systems.Update and revise drawings as per engineering markups, site instructions, and design changes.Ensure drawing accuracy, scale, dimensioning, and annotation per drafting standards.Maintain proper documentation, drawing registers, and revision control in line with project procedures.Coordinate with civil engineers, structural engineers, and other disciplines to resolve drawing-related issues.Support the preparation of as-built drawings for final project handover.Follow ADNOC HSE and quality guidelines during all drafting and documentation work.

Take an active role in site safety management and ensure compliance with safety, health and environmental regulations.To work closely with safety representative from the supervising consultants, subcontractors and vendors.Communicate and reporting safety performance to line management.To monitor observation of site safety rules by project team members, subcontractors and vendors to prevent accidents / incidents and where necessary issue warnings to those who do not abide by the HSE policy for rectification purposes in case of non-compliance and unsatisfactory safety performances.
