Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical & EngineeringReview IFC drawings, P&IDs, data sheets, hook-up drawings, cable schedules, loop diagrams, and instrument index.Ensure all instrumentation works comply with ADNOC Codes, Specifications, GS/ES standards, and project requirements.Oversee installation, calibration, testing, and commissioning of:Field instruments (pressure, flow, temperature, level devices)Control valves and MOVsGas detection systemsAnalyzer systemsDCS, ESD, SIS, SCADA systemsMonitor proper cable laying, glanding, termination, and continuity tests.Verify instrument impulse tubing/ piping, JB placement, and marshaling cabinet wiring.Construction & Site CoordinationSupervise daily instrumentation construction activities at site.Coordinate with Tecnimont, ADNOC PMC, subcontractors, and other engineering disciplines.Attend daily progress meetings and resolve site technical issues.Ensure PTW (Permit to Work) compliance for all site activities.Testing & CommissioningPerform loop checking, functional testing, cause & effect testing, and system integration tests.Assist in SAT, FAT, and integration of control systems.Verify calibration reports, test packages, and punch list clearance.HSE & QualityEnsure all works follow ADNOC HSE standards.Conduct toolbox talks, ensure proper PPE, and enforce safety procedures.Ensure QA/QC procedures for instrumentation works are strictly followed.Documentation & ReportingReview and approve method statements, ITPs, and risk assessments.Prepare daily/weekly progress reports.Support creation of as-built drawings and final documentation.
