The storekeeper is responsible for the day-to-day operations of material receipt, issue, control and record on site as per related procedures.Recording the received/purchased items from Purchasing Department.Preparing the Cumulative Monthly Stock Balance Report containing the supplied and remaining quantities of each material, as per Company Accounts Codes and Works Items for construction materials, tools, consumables.Keeping Delivery Notes, Invoices, SRTs, MRRS, L.C.s copies for the duration of the project and as required by PM.Recording itemized deliveries in the Material Stock Card as per Company Accounts Codes and Works Items, separately for construction supplies.Recording and signing the daily issued materials registers. Cumulative Monthly Stock Balance.Must ensure that the specified/approved delivered materials are properly labeled, production and expiry dates and shelve life are clearly mentioned and that technical literature available.Controlling excess and unusable materials during the whole project’s period. Section Engineer

Safety Officer
Take an active role in site safety management and ensure compliance with safety, health and environmental regulations.To work closely with safety representative from the supervising consultants, subcontractors and vendors.Communicate and reporting safety performance to line management.To monitor observation of site safety rules by project team members, subcontractors and vendors to prevent accidents / incidents and where necessary issue warnings to those who do not abide by the HSE policy for rectification purposes in case of non-compliance and unsatisfactory safety performances.
