Sales Manager – Formwork and Scaffolding SystemsCompany: Arabian Formwork and Scaffolding Solutions Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced and strategic Sales Manager to lead the growth and expansion of our Formwork and Scaffolding Systems division. The ideal candidate will leverage existing customer relationships and cultivate new ones to drive sales, increase market share, and enhance profitability. This role demands a deep understanding of the formwork and scaffolding industry, strong business acumen, and the ability to anticipate and respond to market dynamics.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute a comprehensive sales and customer/territory strategy to drive growth in formwork and scaffolding system hire and sales, ensuring the achievement of sales targets and profitability.Identify and target new business opportunities within the construction industry, focusing on small contractors, main contractors, sub-contractors, regional scaffolding companies, housebuilders, FM companies, and industrial & commercial contractors.Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients at all levels within their organizations, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and maximizing opportunities.Conduct regular on-site visits to assess project requirements, provide tailored formwork and scaffolding solutions, and serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.Lead field sales efforts focused on the hire and sale of formwork and scaffolding systems, including guard rails, safety access systems, and decking systems.Effectively manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to closing deals, and monitor sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for process improvements.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and installation of formwork and scaffolding systems.Stay informed about industry trends, competitive products, and market developments to effectively position formwork and scaffolding solutions.Utilize technical knowledge of scaffolding systems to provide clients with expert advice and recommendations.Provide regular feedback to senior management on market conditions, sales performance, and potential growth areas
