Reports directly to the Project Quality ManagerReviews project technical specifications, drawings, and BOQ to identify the project requirements.Determine quality criteria and engineering criteria for materials, workmanship.Testing requirements related to Dredging works and specifically to the project requirements.Prepares the Project quality documentation, including the Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs) and in the review of construction documents for compliance with project quality requirements related to Dredging works.Monitors all phases and processes required for the effective completion of all related Dredging works and in particular issues of design, procurement, construction, and final handover of the related Dredging works.Monitors the implementation of Method Statements, and, Inspection & Test Plans related to Dredging works, and ensures all necessary records are generated in a timely manner in their area of assigned responsibility.Manages the inspection and testing of Dredging works in their area of assigned responsibilities, including monitoring the work of QC Inspectors under their authority.Monitors the close out of punch lists established for incomplete related to Dredging works.Monitors all measurement & testing instruments employed for Dredging works, and that they are functional and calibrated.Liaises and coordinates with 3rd Party Testing /Inspection Company as required related to Dredging works.Statistical analysis and evaluation of test data related to Dredging works.Prepares, files, maintains test/inspection records and any other quality records generated related to Dredging works.Assists construction personnel to identify and resolve problems and potential or actual non-conformances related to Dredging works.Advises the Project Manager of non-conformance occurrences and where necessary, raises a Non-conformance Report for non-compliant work, and monitors the closeout and effectiveness of the correction and corrective action undertaken.Where required, assists the Corporate QA Manager in undertaking periodic audits, including those of subcontractors and suppliers, in particular technical compliance audits in their field of specialization.Attends and witnesses all Client verification of work (inspection, test and the like) on site, and coordinates close out of any and all outstanding issues related to Dredging works.Where required, assists in the preparation of final document for certification.Performs any other related duties as assigned.

Material Management:Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of materials in the warehouse.Ensure materials are properly labeled, stored, and documented according to company standards.Coordination with Engineering Team:Work closely with the engineering team to understand material requirements for various projects.Provide technical support and recommendations on material selection and usage.Communicate material availability and lead times to the engineering team.Inventory Control:Maintain accurate inventory records and manage stock levels to ensure materials are available when needed.Implement and monitor inventory control procedures to minimize waste and reduce costs.Quality Assurance:Conduct inspections and tests on incoming materials to verify quality and compliance with specifications.Address any material quality issues promptly and coordinate with suppliers for resolution.Process Improvement:Identify opportunities to improve material handling processes and warehouse efficiency.Implement best practices for material storage, handling, and distribution.Documentation and Reporting:Maintain detailed records of material transactions and usage.Prepare reports on material status, inventory levels, and project requirements.Supplier Coordination:Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and resolve any supply chain issues.Evaluate supplier performance and provide feedback to ensure high-quality materials.
