We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Key Account Manager (KAM) to join our growing team in Dubai, with a strong focus on the solar tracker segment .The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving business development, managing strategic accounts, and fostering long-term partnerships with EPCs, developers, utilities, and government entities across the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders particularly in the solar tracker space.Act as the primary point of contact for assigned key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.Identify new business opportunities and market trends in the MENA region, focusing on utility-scale and C&I solar projects.Collaborate closely with engineering, operations, and product teams to deliver customized solar tracker solutions that meet client requirements.Prepare and present compelling commercial proposals, RFQs, and tender responses.Lead contract negotiations and oversee post-sales support in coordination with internal teams.Provide accurate sales forecasting, reporting, and market intelligence to senior management.Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to strengthen brand visibility and network.
