We are seeking a compassionate, organized, and professional Patient Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Our Clinic. The Patient Coordinator will be responsible for managing patient appointments, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring a smooth flow of patients throughout the clinic. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is detail-oriented, and has a passion for patient care.Key Responsibilities:Patient Appointment Management: Schedule and coordinate patient appointments, ensuring an efficient clinic schedule and minimal wait times. Follow up on reminders for upcoming appointments via phone or email.Patient Onboarding & Communication: Welcome new patients, provide them with initial consultation details, collect necessary medical histories, and ensure a positive experience from first contact. Assist with registration and intake forms.Billing & Payments: Assist patients with billing inquiries and payment processing.
