Bin Arbaid Holding’s Trading Division is seeking a dynamic and goal-oriented Sales Executive specializing in Fitout, Joinery, and Woodworks. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets within the fit-out and woodworks sector. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, industry knowledge, and a strong drive for results.Key Responsibilities:Sales and Business Development:Identify and approach potential clients in the commercial, residential, and hospitality sectors to promote fit out, joinery, and woodwork services.Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.Generate leads, set daily meetings with new and existing clients, and convert leads into profitable sales through strategic outreach and relationship management.Assist in researching and developing new products, segments, and leads.Client Engagement and Relationship Management:Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, logistics, and operations teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.Maintain contact lists, regularly follow up with customers, and build rapport to secure and renew orders.Emphasize product features to highlight solutions for customer challenges, and deliver technical presentations that explain products or services effectively.Technical Product Knowledge and Customization:Demonstrate expertise in joinery and fit out products, including technical manufacturing processes, resizing, and design modifications tailored to site requirements.Collaborate closely with the production team to ensure alignment on client requirements, modifications, and project specifications.Confer with logistics and operations teams to arrange timely and accurate deliveries for client orders.Sales Negotiation and Documentation:Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions, preparing and finalizing sales agreements that meet both company and client expectations.Follow up with clients to collect payments in a timely manner, ensuring adherence to payment terms.Secure product orders, arrange for delivery schedules, and keep clients updated on project timelines.Sales Reporting and Continuous Improvement:Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client communications, and project pipelines using CRM tools.Regularly review sales performance, identify improvement areas, and contribute insights to enhance sales strategies.Provide sales forecasts and updates to the Sales Manager, tracking progress against monthly and quarterly targets.Support Product Development and Innovation:Participate in discussions on new product development, aligning with the needs identified through client interactions and market research.Provide feedback to the production and R&D teams regarding potential product improvements based on client requirements and market demand.
