We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Scientist fluent in Arabic, with extensive experience in leveraging Python for developing and deploying predictive analytics, machine learning models, and data-driven decision-making solutions. You will use your expertise in Python programming, data modeling, advanced statistical methods, and machine learning frameworks to build sophisticated data science solutions deployed in Azure cloud environments. Familiarity with LLM technologies and their integration, especially via Ollama, is strongly desired.Design and implement advanced machine learning models tailored to solve complex business problems, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into actionable data science projects, focusing on real-world applications.Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in large datasets, providing insights that drive strategic decision-making.Communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders in both Arabic and English, facilitating understanding and buy-in from diverse audiences.Mentor junior data scientists and analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing within the team.Prepare and present comprehensive reports and dashboards that summarize findings and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:Machine Learning & Predictive Modeling:Develop, validate, and deploy predictive models using advanced machine learning algorithms and techniques.Optimize models and workflows to deliver actionable insights and recommendations in real-time or near-real-time.Continuously enhance models through data-driven tuning and evaluation strategies.Data Exploration & Analysis:Conduct extensive exploratory data analysis to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities in large datasets.Build robust data processing pipelines and ETL workflows for analytics and model consumption.Ensure quality, consistency, and reliability of datasets used in analysis.Advanced Python Programming:Utilize advanced Python techniques (OOP, threading, async/await) for data analysis and efficient processing.Implement scalable, efficient data pipelines and real-time streaming solutions.Leverage Python libraries (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-Learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow) extensively in data modeling and analysis.Cloud & Deployment:Deploy scalable machine learning solutions on Azure cloud infrastructure (Azure ML, Azure Kubernetes, Azure Functions).Set up and manage CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Git, Docker, Docker Compose to streamline deployments.Monitor performance, optimize infrastructure, and ensure the reliability of cloud-based data solutions.LLM & AI Integration:Collaborate closely with the AI research team to integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) using Ollama for advanced NLP tasks.Develop and deploy AI-driven applications, ensuring robustness, scalability, and security.Manage sensitive data securely and maintain compliance with data privacy regulations.Team Leadership & Collaboration:Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior data scientists.Collaborate cross-functionally with backend engineers, DevOps teams, and product managers to deliver integrated analytics solutions.Participate actively in agile development practices and contribute to strategic decision-making processes.Required Qualifications:Fluent in Arabic (written and spoken); excellent English communication skills.5+ years of professional experience in data science with Python.Demonstrated experience in machine learning, statistical modeling, and predictive analytics.Proficiency with SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Cassandra) databases.Strong experience deploying and maintaining ML models and data pipelines in Azure or similar cloud environments.Experience with LLM integration and NLP tasks using Ollama.Preferred Qualifications:Advanced degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.Experience with big data frameworks (Spark, Dask) and real-time streaming platforms (Kafka, RabbitMQ).Familiarity with API security standards (OAuth, JWT), data governance, and compliance frameworks.Experience with monitoring and logging tools (Grafana, ELK Stack, Azure Monitor).Contributions to open-source projects, publications, or active GitHub showcasing data science expertise.
