We are looking for an experienced Piping Commissioning Specialist to support offshore commissioning activities on an oil and gas project. The role is responsible for ensuring that all piping systems are mechanically complete, inspected, tested, cleaned, reinstated, and safely handed over in compliance with project requirements, specifications, and applicable international standards.Job ResponsibilitiesSupport offshore commissioning activities for piping systems, including Carbon steel, stainless steel, alloy, and lined piping systemsVerify mechanical completion and system readiness for pre-commissioning, commissioning, and handoverReview, manage, and close piping punch lists in coordination with construction and QA/QC teamsCoordinate with construction, QA/QC, and commissioning teams to ensure proper work sequencing and interface managementWitness and support piping pre-commissioning and commissioning activities, including Pressure testing (hydrostatic and pneumatic), Flushing, blowing, cleaning, and drying, Chemical cleaning (where applicable), Reinstatement and final line acceptanceEnsure piping systems are installed, tested, and commissioned in accordance with approved drawings, project specifications, codes, and proceduresVerify line completeness, valve orientation, temporary removal, and reinstatement prior to system handoverSupport preparation, review, and completion of commissioning dossiers, test packs, and handover documentationParticipate in offshore safety meetings, toolbox talks, and commissioning readiness reviewsMonitor and report commissioning progress, risks, and technical issues to the Commissioning Lead and Project Management TeamEnsure full compliance with offshore HSE regulations and safe work practices
