Draft, review, and negotiate the Subcontract Agreements with the Subcontractor’s.Ensure that the Subcontract Agreements are comprehensive, clear, and legally sound.Maintain a database of all contracts & Subcontracts and ensure they are up-to-date.Monitor contract performance to ensure compliance with terms and conditions.Prepare / Manage the Subcontract amendments, notices and terminations / disputes.Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to contract management.Prepare / Review and Monitor the contractual correspondences and ensure the notices are issued, in accordance with the contract.Provide regular reports to senior management on contract performance, risks, and opportunities.
