Sales & Project CoordinatorDuties & Responsibilities:1. Respond to inquiries2. Review bill of quantities, drawings and project specifications3. Prepare price offers, quotations and contracts4. Prepare technical submissions5. Coordinate the purchasing of goods from local and international suppliers6. Coordinate the shipping and delivery with logistics team7. Coordinate project installation requirements with technicians8. Coordinate with accounts for customer receivables and supplier payables9. Provide excellent customer service10. Support Sales Managers and Project Managers in commercial or technical requests11. Register and maintain our vendor / supplier accounts12.
