We are seeking a Real Estate Sales Agent who is fluent in Arabic and English, with a strong understanding of Dubai’s property market. The ideal candidate will be ambitious, target-driven, and ready to grow within a high-performance team. Key Responsibilities: Handle property listings, resale transactions, and client inquiries. Generate leads through networking, referrals, and online platforms. Conduct property viewings and provide clients with accurate market insights. Negotiate offers and close secondary market deals. Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat and referral business. Stay updated with RERA regulations, market trends, and community developments. Requirements: Male and Female candidate. Fluent in Arabic & English (both required). Minimum 1 year of experience in Dubai’s real estate market (secondary sales preferred). Valid UAE driving license and own car (mandatory). Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
