BDM will have accountability for operational & financial performance of Agricultural, Minerals and Metals & other Commodities business lines and for the respect of contractual obligations with the regulatory authorities [RB1] as per contracts and within the frame of Cotecna group policies. BDM is also the official representative of Cotecna Inspection SA, its affiliates and agents (where applicable).Sales and Marketing· Define and implement the sales strategy for the Agricultural, Minerals and Metals & other Commodities business lines in close cooperation with Reporting Head· Actively watch and benchmark competitors involved in the same program and provide intelligence information.· Manage regional Sales and Marketing activities in Industrial services & Commodities business lines.· To consistently provide market feedback of KSA region for above referred business activities.· To update on any changes in countries policy, geo-political situation that might affect our business in the region responsible.· To ensure proper adherence to business ethics while marketing and to do best in selling our services with reasonable margin agreed with the management.· Prepare strong business case for development of Industrial services & Commodities business lines market share.BDM Operations· Ensure participation to technical committees, meetings, seminars, conferences, reviews with the principal.· Guiding local operations team to better technically understand and execute job orders as per scope defined as and when local teams are established.· Ensure timely and accurate operational reporting to the principal as per contract.· Ensure claim and complaint follow-up with Principal.
