All our fresh products are made for the day they are shipped to retail stores. We have zero finished goods inventory, and hence no intermediary stockists or transitory warehouses. This is possible only with the help of an inhouse fleet of vehicles and distribution personnel. Currently a fleet of 500+ dedicated vehicles and crew touch 30,000 retailers daily and replenish 100,000+ Kgs units of the freshest produce.Key Responsibilities· This is a Key Accounts Manager-Ecommerce role and is expected to oversee all aspects of our company’s ecommerce and modern trade business in Saudi region. · Drive the strategy , execution , and performance of our online sales initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall company’s business goals and objectives.· Work on differentiated strategy for the growth and profitability of the assigned accounts in line with the 4Ps of marketing (Product, Price, Place, Promotion)· Drive JBP, TOT, account management, ROI driven marketing, promotions and sales growth.· Lead and drive growth of E-commerce with a special focus on marketplaces – Souq, Noon, Ninjacart and other local marletplace accounts.· Deliver market share growth ahead of national share for key categories.· Build, develop and align organizational capabilities to drive growth.· Create passion and excitement for E-commerce within the team.· Work closely with cross-functional teams (Finance, Supply Chain, Media, Marketing) to pilot, measure and scale up e-commerce initiatives.· Lead monthly supply chain meetings which includes review of supply chain performance indicators (example: stock fulfilment and availability, delivery timeliness), stock inventory management (example: joint forecasting activities) and review of slow-moving items.· Periodic reviews of best practices and learnings within the team and in the region.· Conduct regular business review with key accounts, and analysis covering promotional ROI, sales growth, T2T engagement.· Onboard new E-commerce accounts and closure of ToT post evaluation of business potential and operational alignment.· Ensuring the availability of the entire product range across all regions.· Heading new product launches on E-commerce.· Annual closure of JBP with all key accounts with quarterly review on growth and required changes to be implemented.· Lead and develop shopper-centric plans from Brand and Category Marketing Plans.· Participation in events to ensure maximum visibility.· Develop insights on competition, industry trends, products.
