Stores/warehouse experience is mandatory.Data Entry and Maintenance:· Accurately enter and update inventory data into the ERP system.Maintain records of incoming and outgoing shipments, including spare parts and equipment.Ensure data integrity and consistency by regularly verifying and reconciling inventory records.· Perform regular data backups to prevent data loss.· Respond efficiently to retrieving data from the databases or electronic filing systems.· Maintain a satisfactory level of quality and productivity per department standards.· Complete additional assigned tasks as required.Inventory Management:· Assist in monitoring stock levels and reporting discrepancies to the senior staff.· Support inventory audits and cycle counts by providing accurate data and documentation.· Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure efficient inventory movement and storage.Documentation and Reporting:· Prepare and generate reports on inventory levels, shipments, and other warehouse activities.· Maintain organized records of all data entry activities, including backups and archives.· Assist in the preparation of shipping and receiving documentation.Coordination and Communication:· Communicate effectively with warehouse staff, suppliers, and other departments to facilitate smooth operations.· Coordinate with the procurement team to update inventory records based on purchase orders and deliveries.· Provide support to warehouse operations by addressing data-related inquiries and issues.
