1. Make sure that any activity offered for his inspection has an approved shop drawing, method statement (MS), Quality Control Procedure (QCP) and Inspection & Test Plan (ITP). 2. Carry out all planned site inspections as per the intervention points marked in the relevant ITP. 3. All site inspection shall be carried out vide an official Inspection and Test request (ITR) submitted by the CONTRACTOR through the proper channels. 4. Inspection status shall be recorded in the ITR and any relevant check sheet as per the approved QCP. Any outstanding items shall be verified prior to closing the ITR. In the event that CONTRACTOR excludes an item from an ITR, the item will be dealt with/inspected utilising the ITR from which the item was excluded. 5. Verify with Independent Testing Laboratory (ITL) that all relevant test results related to specific ITR meets the project requirements. 6. In the event he notices that the relevant Shop Drawing, materials used, MS, QCP and ITP do not cover all specification requirements, he should report the same in writing to the Construction Manager and the Senior Discipline Engineer. Copy of such report shall be forwarded to COMPANY project manager. 7. Closely monitor site activities to ensure quality of WORK is in compliance with CONTRACT requirements, good construction practice, only approved materials are used, compliance with shop drawings, and report to Senior Structural Engineer/ Construction Manager. 8. Make sure that all materials used comply with the approved Material Approval Request (MAR). 9. Make sure that the CONTRACTOR’s personnel are using the latest edition of the approved shop drawings, MS, QCP and ITP as per the project master index 10. Closely monitor concrete pours and check continuously concrete materials delivered to site, ensure Compliance with QA/QC procedures, and ensure all concrete tests are carried out as per CONTRACT requirements. 11. Frequently check formwork/shuttering systems and ensure quality, safety and constructability aspects are met. 12. Make sure that any non-conformity has been reported through a Non Conformance Report (NCR), reviewed by his line supervisor. (Construction supervisor / Construction Manager as applicable). All NCRs shall be coordinated with the PMT Senior Quality Assurance Engineer. 13. Advise Planning Engineer and Construction Manager of any slippage of Progress regarding site activities. 14. Participate with PMC disciplines in reviewing the Closeout Report as submitted by Contractor. 15. Review the relevant As-Built drawings as submitted by CONTRACTOR and make sure that all site conditions are properly addressed.

Carry out constructability review during the Design stages. 2. Review in timely manner the DESIGN CONSULTANTs submittals and forward the comments to the Engineering Manager. 3. Ensure the DESIGN CONSULTANT incorporates the comments raised from previous reports or from site modification and implementation. 4. Review the Architectural drawings, reports, specification submitted by the DESIGN CONSULTANT at each stage of the Design to ensure completeness, correctness, compliance with the Scope of work and contracts requirements. 10. Review the materials proposed by the DESIGN CONSULTANT / CONTRACTORS and propose alternative to improve the quality, future maintenance, safety and cost effectiveness. 11. Review Tender Documents to ensure completeness prior to issuing to Bidders. 12. Participate in the pre-qualification of the construction Contractors. 13. Review and reply to Bidders’ clarification, participate in issuing Bulletins and attending Technical Meetings with Bidders during Tender stage

To assist the Projects Management and Construction Department Manager to meet Departmental goals and objectives which are set out by the Vice President – Engineering & Projects Division in accordance with the corporate balanced scorecards and strategies, by applying professional project management and value engineering practices for Service Station projects and other related projects from contract award stage to completion and then final hand-over. ▪ To manage the implementation of projects by ensuring that each of the consultant supervision team, the Contractor’s execution team, suppliers and sub contractors are carrying out their duties, all in accordance with the contractual terms & conditions (technical and financial) and the scope of work. ▪ Ensure that Company’s policy for Health, safety, and Environment are up-held at the projects sites, and conducts random inspections on HSE issues in coordination with the HSE division. ▪ Manage and Perform works in full compliance with the Company’s quality management procedures, as per ISO 9001:2000. ▪ Prepare and meet with ISO committee members (internal & external) for the regular half yearly visits for reviewing and monitoring all matters concerning up dated ISO rules and regulations and to make sure that all Projects Managers are following the ISO rules strictly in coordination with Service Station Department Manager. ▪ Serve as a focal point for Multi project in hand. Holds regular meetings with Service Station Projects Department Manager, to review projects status and all related issues. ▪ Handle correspondences received from end-users, other divisions/departments, consultants, contractors, local authorities and suppliers in coordination with Service Station Projects Department Manager, and take action immediately to resolve any problems to ensure uninterrupted progress of works. Study claims and variations of consultants, contractors and long lead Supplier in coordination with Service Station Projects Department Manager, and prepare cases for Managements review and approval. ▪ Pre-qualify contractors, sub-contractors and support Engineering Department for pre qualifying Consultants and vendors. ▪ Control and review the works carried out by consultants, contractors and long lead suppliers, certify their progress invoices for Projects Management and Construction Department Manager’s review and approval. ▪ Control and manage assets for the projects under demolition in coordination with contractor and end user. Provide fixed assets, material lists for executed projects to Finance Division. Moreover, follow with Finance Division, Maintenance Division and other end users the procedures of closing and demolition of an old image station. ▪ Follow up and monitor the continuous progress of works at different Projects in different locations to ensure implementation of project plans and schedules, technical compliance with specifications and end-users’ requirements, and provides regular updates to Projects Management and Construction Department Manager. ▪ Hold regular site technical & progress review meetings with consultants, contractors and suppliers to discuss miscellaneous technical issues (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical and Architectural) and conducts inspection of on-going activities to ensure quality control and smooth progress.

1. Conduct and / or Participate in COMPANY safety audits for CONTRACTOR and Sub CONTRACTOR 2. Carry on risk assessment as directed by COMPANY Senior HSE Engineer. 3. Review the contract documents for each Construction Package in respect of Safety requirements and procedures and advise the Project Manager of any deficiency. 4. Review CONTRACTOR’S safety records, documents to ensure major construction equipment is maintained regularly. 10. Ensure CONTRACTORS safety training for SITE laborers are regularly maintained. 11. Ensure CONTRACTORS laborers on SITE are following safety procedures and report to Project Manager in case of deficiency. 12. Closely monitor site activities, on a daily basis, issuing non-compliance and submit reports to the Project Manager. 13. Participate in weekly meetings and monthly executive meetings. 14. Coordinating with COMPANY Senior HSE Engineer to ensure that HSE policy is implemented by Contractors. 15. Participate with PMC staff in reviewing and assessing of Closeout Report as submitted by CONTRACTOR. 16. Carryout accident/incident investigation as directed by COMPANY Senior HSE Engineer and prepare the Report, accordingly.

Regular visits to PROJECT SITEs to validate whether the progress of WORK on SITE is in compliance with approved SCHEDULES, major milestones have been met and report deficiencies to Construction Manager. 8. Review all daily, weekly and monthly reports as submitted by CONTRACTOR and report to Construction Manager any deficiency or non-compliance. 9. Review any claim involving time impact as submitted by CONTRACTOR and report his assessment to Construction Manager. 10. Review field design changes and Trend Notices and assess time impact, if any. 11. Advise the Construction Manager of any foreseen slippage of progress and corrective actions to be taken. 12. Attend weekly progress meeting and monthly Executive meetings and participate in preparing the agenda. 13. Assist Engineer/Construction Managers during preparation of Monthly Progress reports and Monthly Executive Presentations. 14. Reviews the commissioning plans as submitted by CONTRACTOR and ensure its compliance with the approved Construction SCHEDULE. 15. General: Lead PMC staff in controlling overall Project Quality, Safety, Progress and Cost Objectives as well as to ensure all Project Documentation is properly controlled as per COMPANY requirements. Responsibilities: • Report and communicate with ADNOC Management in the following aspects: 1. Communicate with COMPANY’s Project Manager continuously regarding Project Progress and areas of concerns. 2. Propose PMC in house Project Management procedure to comply with AGREEMENT requirements and COMPANY procedures. 3. Establish and maintain specific project procedures for Design / Construction Supervision Management (as applicable). 4. Prepare special report to COMPANY Management to investigate any problem related to the SCOPE of SERVICES and recommend solutions to COMPANY Management. 5. Advise COMPANY representatives on any potential variation to the DESIGN CONSULTANT / CONTRACTOR’s Scope of Work that may generate cost or time impact and present PMC assessment. 6. Present PMC mobilization, demobilization, leave and replacement plans for approval by COMPANY ahead of time. 7. Lead PMC staff in assessing variations, claims and reports, to COMPANY Management the technical position of the proposed variation. 8. Advise COMPANY of any foreseen slippage of Progress and propose corrective actions. 9. Present feed back to COMPANY internal auditing and any other third party auditing hired by ADNOC. 10. Review and initial PMC assessment of monthly progress invoices. 11. Co-ordinate and review PMC staff performance and ensure compliance with PMC AGREEMENT requirements and project management good practice. 12. Review weekly and monthly reports as presented by DESIGN CONSULTANT / CONTRACTOR and present to COMPANY comments of non-compliance, and /or area of concern and corrective actions. 13. Coordinate with Engineering Manager during the detailed Design stage of the Project to ensure Design Compliance with COMPANY requirement, avoid any cost impact and ensure Design deliverables are submitted by the DESIGN CONSULTANT in a timely manner and as per project progress milestones. 14. To provide and coordinate feed back to and from PMC Engineering Manager in respect of Design aspects. 15. Assess change requests as submitted by CONTACTOR and report to COMPANY the recommendation of PMC. 16. Attend Executive meetings, weekly progress meetings, Quality meetings, Safety meetings and make sure that weekly technical meetings are attended by all relevant disciplines (CM to positively participate in agenda preparation). • Supervise the PMC team covering the following responsibilities: 1. Make sure that the Proposed PMC in house Project Management procedures are approved by COMPANY and implemented by all PMC staff in full compliance with AGREEMENT requirements and COMPANY procedures. 2. Carry out documented induction course to all PMC staff to ensure their awareness of the project requirements. 3. Make sure that all PMC staff are aware of the project approved procedures and drawings. PMC staff reporting to CM will consist of Construction Supervisors, if any, Multidiscipline Engineers Team (Core) and Site Inspection Engineers. 4. Lead PMC staff in reviewing the Design and / or Tender and Contracts documents and advise COMPANY of any deficiency. 5. Review and comment Contractor proposed site organization, key personnel CV's. 6. Review and monitor in timely manner, the Contractor's proposed construction equipment and manpower histogram and advice COMPANY of any shortage. 7. Establish documented procedures to Overview and comment on proposed Sub-Contractors, vendors, materials, shop drawings and any other transmittal by Contractors. Any deviation from project requirements shall be properly reported to COMPANY Management addressing any possible Time and / or Cost Impact associated with it. 8. Ensure Contractor Compliance with its Contractual obligations concerning Design changes, Trend Notices etc. 9. Regular visits to Project site for global monitoring of site activities in respect of Quality, Safety and Progress and advise COMPANY representatives of findings, area of concern and corrective action. 10. Lead the PMC team to evaluate all Requests for Information (RFI) as submitted by the CONTRACTOR communicate with the DESIGN CONSULTANT in a timely manner if necessary. However, if PMC team has enough information and supporting documents, then prepare the response to the CONTRACTOR without delay. 11. Ensure PMC staff involvement and implementation of Field Quality Control procedures, Safety and Progress aspects. 12. Deep involvement in CONTRACTOR transmittals addressing Construction methodology. Method Statements, Project Quality Plan, Safety Plan, Schedules and compliance with Project objectives. 13. Lead PMC in reviewing and implementing pre-commissioning and commissioning plans. 14. Lead PMC staff in final inspection of work and preparation of Punch List. This activity shall be fully coordinated with the end user. 15. Lead PMC staff in reviewing and assessing of the Close-Out Report submitted by Contractor. 16. Make sure that As-Built drawings, VENDOR and equipment warranties, O&M Manuals, Spare Parts and Training Programmes as submitted by Contractor (after PMC assessment) are reviewed by all disciplines and verified against Project Requirements. 17.
