We’re hiring a Digital Product Owner to lead end-to-end product strategy, development, and delivery in a fast-paced agile environment. You will define product roadmaps, manage backlogs, translate business needs into actionable requirements, and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality digital solutions.Key Responsibilities:Define and drive product vision and roadmap.Manage and prioritize product backlogs.Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements.Lead Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews).Collaborate with stakeholders and development teams.Ensure product quality through testing and acceptance criteria.Monitor KPIs and support post-launch improvements.Requirements:8+ years as a Product Owner or similar role.Strong Agile/Scrum experience with tools like Jira/Confluence.Technical understanding of software development lifecycle.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Experience in insurance/reinsurance is a plus.
