- Handle company registration and renewals, trade licenses, establishment card, and other legal documentation.- Manage and oversee all government relations activities.- Process and handle all visa, labor, and immigration formalities.- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and governmental regulations.- Submit, follow up, and gather all new work and business visas for employees.- Facilitate the renewal of visas, medicals, Emirates ID, and labor contracts.- Coordinate with government authorities regarding new laws and regulations.- Maintain and update employee records related to government regulations and requirements.- Liaise with various government departments such as immigration, labor, and economic departments.- Provide support and guidance to employees on government-related procedures and requirements.
