HR & Administration:• Primary focal point for end to end HR & Administration process.• Ensure HRMS is updated within area of responsibility and as per instructions from HR Advisor.• Provide support to employees, function manager/ supervisors for related process requests, in line with established HR processes, policies, procedures and UAE Labour law.• HR Project Service Delivery for new start and existing renewals (Work permit, Visa, Health insurance, Client medical, health surveillance, vaccination, CNIA pass and travel card).• Ensure that offshore mobilisation related documentation is ready prior to expiries and as service delivery requirements within the approved administration budget.• Timely booking/ re-scheduling of all related appointments with TWMA approved vendors/ stakeholders and opt for cost effective administration process.• Administer recruitment, onboarding & induction process.• Ensure leavers process and offboarding, includes work permit, visa and insurance cancellation.• Coordinate and manage issuance of mission or visit visas for business visits, secondments, or short term assignments.Prepare and Issue employment letter as required.• e all incoming and outgoing logistics of HR related documents.• Provide regular updates and reports related progress, cost, or anomalies.• Assist in Employee welfare activities and actively participate with HR team.• Maintain confidentiality of HR documentation and data.• Initiate continuous feedback, updates and ways to improve on systems and processes, recording and reporting.• Provide administrative support to HR Team as required, which may include data-entry, photocopying, scanning, filing, bulk emailing, and distribution of documents.• Support Training & Competence function - administration (Bookings, certificate f/up, LMS update and record keeping) when required.• Assist HR Team with HR related case work on adhoc HR projects.• In the absence of HR & Training team member act as reliever.Purchase:• Raise purchase requisitions for HR & Admin related third-party payment when required and verify invoices where applicable for related actions.• Follow up with purchase team for the issuance of PO and ensure that third party service provider communication is continuous until the goods and services are received, and thereafter good receipted.HSEQ and regulatory compliance:• Follow all TWMA, work site and regulatory procedures at all times, and commit to engage in safe working practices.• Adherence to country specific employment law related to human resource stipulated by UAE Ministry of labour and immigration rules.• Keep up to date with relevant industry developments and best practices.

Job Purpose: To assist a defined project from the Sales Enquiry, definition, preparation, mobilisation, installation & commissioning as described in the business Project Management Procedures. Working under the Technical and Project Manager, in conjunction with other key functions –, UAE Operational locations and Product Development Key Responsibilities: • Creation of work packs / job cards for onshore & offshore projects. • Responsible for updating installation job cards and stock issuance• Ensure that all procedures and specifications are adhered to, and all related documentation is completed to enable project completion handover. • Attend kick off and project planning meetings. • Ensure that project tasks are planned and executed to maximise efficiency and targets met. • Maintain project time keeping as per company guidelines. • Ensure installation tools and equipment [TMMDE] are within certification and maintained correctly. • To alerts the Projects and Technical Manager of any potential problems or issues related to health, safety, the environment or quality with the team, area of work or in connection with the project in general. • To recognise and abide by company procedures and statutory acts, including the Quality Management System, the Health & Safety Policy and company emergency evacuation procedures. • Liaise with the projects team to understand administration requirements for ongoing and future projects. • Manage project documentation requirements in line with company Document Control procedure. • Take minutes at Project Meetings. • Assist and review loadouts of items, plant and equipment for either onshore or offshore projects. • Visit onshore and offshore sites to monitor progress and ensure that project delivery adheres to business / client HSEQ standards.

Job Purpose: This is an entry level position into the Procurement & Supply Chain Team. The primary focus of this role is to ensure effective, efficient, and cohesive operational supply chain support to internal stakeholders and our wider supply chain partners. You will need to develop and maintain high level working relationships with appropriate personnel at all levels both internally and externally and ensure a consistent supply chain management message is communicated to suppliers. At all times, building strong vendor relationships to the advantage and benefits of the company, liaise with other departments to ensure high priority items are prioritized during weekly task Key Responsibilities: Core Duties: • Using system generated reports for expediting of all purchase orders to ensure on-time delivery against agreed delivery dates and to meet operational requirements. • Supporting goods receiving team to coordinate with vendors in the event of issuesthen communicate this to the vendors for resolution. • Communicating to all relevant internal stakeholder’s weekly status updates on open purchase orders by issuing weekly expediting reports • Escalate any delivery delays to the relevant internal stakeholder that will impact project/operational timeline • Coordinate with Warehouse to ensure any queries that stop goods receipting being completed are actioned and resolved.Compliance: • Maintain strict confidentiality of all procurement information within the organization. • Ensure that a professional and consistent approach is taken in relation to all supplier relationships HSEQ and regulatory compliance: • Follow all TWMA, work site and Regulator procedures at all times. • Ensure safe working practices at all times. • Address any HSEQ concerns and take appropriate actions in conjunction with TWMA procedures. • Adherence to country specific employment law stipulated by UAE Ministry of labour and immigration rules.
