  • Manage the scheduling and coordination of property viewings, ensuring all appointments are confirmed and clients are informed promptly.
  • Assist with the preparation and organization of real estate documents, including contracts, agreements, and disclosures, to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Maintain the database of property listings and client information, updating records regularly to reflect the latest market changes.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to client inquiries and addressing concerns through various channels, including phone and email.
  • Support marketing efforts by creating and distributing promotional materials, social media posts, and email campaigns to attract potential buyers.
  • Assist in organizing open houses, ensuring properties are staged properly and all necessary materials and refreshments are prepared.
  • Track and manage incoming offers and counteroffers, keeping all parties informed throughout the negotiation process.
