Manage the scheduling and coordination of property viewings, ensuring all appointments are confirmed and clients are informed promptly.
Assist with the preparation and organization of real estate documents, including contracts, agreements, and disclosures, to ensure compliance and accuracy.
Maintain the database of property listings and client information, updating records regularly to reflect the latest market changes.
Provide exceptional customer service by responding to client inquiries and addressing concerns through various channels, including phone and email.
Support marketing efforts by creating and distributing promotional materials, social media posts, and email campaigns to attract potential buyers.
Assist in organizing open houses, ensuring properties are staged properly and all necessary materials and refreshments are prepared.
Track and manage incoming offers and counteroffers, keeping all parties informed throughout the negotiation process.
