We are currently recruiting for a Area Sales- Team Lead (Home Appliances) to be based out of their office in Dubai.

Responsibilities-

• Managing, training, and providing overall guidance to the sales promoters of an assigned territory.
• Setting reasonable sales targets to be achieved by the promoters.
• Checking daily sales report.
• Ensuring Competitor Related Issues are escalated to the appropriate level in every outlet.
• Have a thorough Product Knowledge, Our Products, Our Prices, Our Offers, Our Stock Outs, Our New Launches etc.
• Escalate sales related issues on a proactive basis.
• Preparing reports & processes related to Sales.
• Handling stock requirements at outlet level.
• Liaising with training team to plan the training of Promoters.
