We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team in the automotive industry. The ideal candidate will be based in Dubai, UAE and will play a key role in supporting the overall management and operations of the business.

Responsibilities:

- Gathering and analyzing data related to sales, stock, destination control etc.
- Collecting data from various sources and collating it into actionable format.
- Assisting SGM & GM in stock and sales planning, monitoring aged stock, developing and updating reports and presentations as required.
- Obtaining market data relating to imports and keep Market share and Lost sales live.
- Assisting SGM with Budget and Annual Planning exercises. Supporting distributors with regular request.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Automotive technology/Mechanical Engineering or in relevant field.
- Minimum 5-year experience in automotive industry or related field.
- Previous role in data analysis, sales planning, inventory management or related field.
- Ability to manage projects or initiatives to improve business process.
- Experience in dealing with a diverse group of customers/nationalities.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and priorities.
