The Recruitment Consultant will be responsible for finding and placing qualified candidates in various job positions for clients in the UAE. They will work closely with companies to understand their hiring needs and source candidates through various methods such as job postings, networking, and referrals. The Recruitment Consultant will also play a key role in screening and interviewing candidates to ensure they meet the requirements of the job and the company's culture.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide recruitment solutions
- Source candidates through various methods including job postings, networking, and referrals
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews with potential candidates
- Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates
- Provide guidance and support to both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Negotiate job offers and manage the onboarding process for successful candidates
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to better advise clients on recruitment strategies
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities
- Meet and exceed recruitment targets and KPIs set by the company
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the UAE market
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Knowledge of recruitment strategies and best practices
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software
- Fluent in English, knowledge of any other languages is a plus
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the UAE market
- Strong understanding of recruitment strategies and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
- Fluent in English, knowledge of any other languages is a plus
- Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
