- Sales Outreach: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through proactive communication, including cold calling and networking.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, particularly in French-speaking markets across Africa.
- Product Expertise: Gain an in-depth understanding of the company’s chemical products and services to provide tailored solutions to clients.
- Sales Goals: Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify new opportunities.
- Documentation: Prepare and maintain accurate sales records, including client interactions and contracts on CRM as well as provide timely reports
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to support client requirements and marketing initiatives.
