Roles & Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate all camp operations, including accommodation, catering, and housekeeping.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and implement appropriate measures.
- Manage camp inventory and equipment, including procurement and maintenance.
- Oversee and schedule staff, including hiring, training, and performance management.
- Act as a point of contact for camp residents and address any concerns or issues.
- Maintain camp records and prepare reports as required.
- Monitor and control camp expenses to ensure budget adherence.
- Coordinate transportation logistics for camp residents and staff.
- Plan and organize recreational activities and events for camp residents.
- Continuously improve camp operations and implement efficiency measures.
