Roles & Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing a team of Delivery Associates and TLs
- Supervises daily performance of the Sales team by following up on vehicle
sales achievements and value-added products.
- Assigning leads and tasks to the Test Drive and Delivery team and driving
closures.
- Aligning with the team to get the targets achieved.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase
market share.
- Managing the process of pre-booking and post booking of cars till Car delivery
- Coaching & Managing team to have right skills for business growth
- Grooming team to build strong negotiation skills
- Develop and implement effective sales processes and systems to ensure
high-quality sales service delivery.
- Manage the sales pipeline and customer data using CRM systems.
- Provide regular sales reports and forecast goals and objectives for sales, gross
and key expenses on a monthly and annual basis
- Guide sales personnel in establishing aggressive yet realistic monthly
objectives and provide the support to meet these objectives and in closing sales
if required.
- Process team commission and monitor the payroll records for department
- Should have managed a team of 5-10 people
